WHEREAS, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a), the parties have jointly stipulated to the
dismissal of this action with prejudice (ECF No. 34), each party to bear her or its own fees and
costs.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed with prejudice, each party to
bear her or its own fees and costs.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Trial Preparation Conference set for June 6, 2015
and the four-day Jury Trial set for July 6, 2015 are VACATED.
