FURTHER ORDERED that final judgment is hereby entered in favor of
Defendant, Carolyn W. Colvin and against Plaintiff, Cynthia R. Smith. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that this civil action is DISMISSED, witrh each party to
bear her own fees and costs.
