Pursuant to the Order Dismissing Claims Without Prejudice of Judge Christine M.
Arguello entered on June 6, 2014 it is
ORDERED that Plaintiff CELLECT, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company
recovers nothing, the action is dismissed without prejudice.
