Motion and being fully advised hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Parties’ Stipulated Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. The above-captioned
matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Each party shall pay her or its own
attorney’s fees and costs.
