The matter is before me on the Joint Motion To Dismiss With Prejudice [#69]1 filed May 28, 2015. After careful review of the motion and the file, I conclude that the motion should be granted and this action should be dismissed with prejudice. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That the Joint Motion To Dismiss With Prejudice is granted; 2. That under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2), all claims and counterclaims in this action are dismissed with prejudice; 3. That each party shall bear its own attorney fees and costs; and 4. That this case is closed. Dated June 15, 2015, at Denver, Colorado.
