FURTHER ORDERED that final judgment is hereby entered in favor of
Defendant, Carolyn W. Colvin and against Plaintiff, Debra Roybal-Sandoval. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that this civil action is DISMISSED, with each party to
bear his or her own fees and costs.
