MICAH BLACKFEATHER,
Applicant,
v.
[NO RESPONDENT NAMED],
Respondent.
ORDER DIRECTING APPLICANT TO CURE DEFICIENCIES
Applicant, an inmate at the Boulder County Jail in Boulder, Colorado, has
submitted a letter to the court (ECF No. 1) apparently requesting to be released on bond
because the criminal charges pending against him in state court are false. Because it
appears that Applicant may be seeking release from custody, this habeas corpus action
has been commenced. As part of the court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR
8.1(b), the court has determined that the letter is deficient as described in this order.
Applicant will be directed to cure the following if he wishes to pursue his claims. If
Applicant does not intend to pursue a habeas corpus action in this court at this time, he
should advise the court of that fact and the instant action will be dismissed. Any papers
that Applicant files in response to this order must include the civil action number on this
order.
