MAURICE WILSON,

v.
[NO DEFENDANTS NAMED],
Defendants.
ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES
Plaintiff, a federal prisoner, has submitted to the court a letter complaining about
his conditions of confinement at USP-Florence, Colorado. Although not entirely clear,
Plaintiff apparently intends to seek some sort of relief in this court. Therefore, this civil
action has been commenced. Plaintiff is reminded that the Court does not provide legal
advice to pro se litigants.
As part of the court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(b), the court has
determined that the letter is deficient as described in this order. Plaintiff will be directed
to cure the following if he wishes to pursue his claims. If Plaintiff does not intend to
pursue a civil action in this court regarding his allegations in the letter, he should advise
the court of that fact and the instant action will be dismissed. Any papers that Plaintiff
files in response to this order must include the civil action number on this order.
