with prejudice, each party to pay its own costs and attorneys’ fees. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Fed. R.
Civ. P. 41(a)(2), each party to pay its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
