This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to Amend the
Discovery Cutoff Deadline [#22] (the “Motion”).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion [#22] is GRANTED. The discovery
deadline is extended to February 27, 2015 for the sole purpose of deposing the final two
witnesses in this case.
