Pursuant to the ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR RELIEF PURSUANT TO
28 U.S.C. § 2241 of Magistrate Judge Michael J. Watanabe entered on 10/29/2014 it is
ORDERED that the Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
§ 2241 [1] filed July 07, 2014, is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that this action is dismissed without prejudice for lack of subjectmatter jurisdiction. It is further
ORDERED that each party is to bear its own costs and fees.
