The Court, having reviewed the Joint Motion and being fully advised, hereby GRANTS the Joint Motion and ORDERS that all Plaintiff’s claims against Defendants Sheriff James Beicker, Deputy Randall Cullen, and Sergeant Robert Miller are dismissed with prejudice.
