Discussion held regarding single remaining claim limited to allegations related to swelling in Mr. Bruce’s feet and legs. Mr. Bruce states that the medical condition has not resolved and he plans to pursue the claim. Discussion held regarding discovery needed. Parties shall meet and confer regarding a proposed schedule. ORDERED: A proposed Scheduling Order is due on or before April 13, 2016. Plaintiff makes an oral motion for court appointed counsel. For the reasons stated on the record, it is ORDERED: Plaintiff’s Oral Motion to Appoint Counsel is DENIED. Plaintiff’s Motion for Reconsideration [84] filed March 17, 2016 is DENIED.
