Discovery cut-off: October 23, 2015. Dispositive motion deadline: November 23, 2015. Parties shall designate principal experts on or before: July 31, 2015. Parties shall designate rebuttal experts on or before: August 28, 2015. The court informs parties on process for discovery disputes. A Final Pretrial Conference is set for January 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom C-205. The proposed Pretrial Order is due on or before January 21, 2016.
