Recommendation of Magistrate Judge and Granting Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss,
entered by the Honorable William J. Martínez, United States District Judge, on February
20, 2015,
IT IS ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge’s Recommendation (ECF No. 32) is
ADOPTED in its entirety.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss
(ECF No. 21) is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s Complaint (ECF No. 1) is DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE for failure to exhaust his administrative remedies.
