ORDERS that the Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice (ECF No. 38) is
APPROVED. Plaintiff’s and Defendant Erik Tande’s claims against each other are
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, each party to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
