FURTHER ORDERED that final judgment is hereby entered in favor of
Defendants Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Wal-Mart Store 1273, and against Vincent
Gabriel. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that all pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT.
