Defendant’s Motion to Stay the Current Rule 26(f) Deadline and to Convert the Scheduling
Conference to a Status Conference [filed December 24, 2014; docket #5] is granted as follows. The
Scheduling Conference currently set for January 14, 2015, is converted to a Status Conference and
will take place in Courtroom A-501, on the fifth floor of the Alfred A. Arraj United States
Courthouse located at 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. The parties shall be prepared to discuss
service and the status of the case.
