The matter is before the court on the Stipulated Notice of Settlement and
Request To Vacate Pre-Trial Conference and Trial Dates [#18]2 filed February 12,
2016. After careful review of the notice and the record, the court concludes that the
notice should be approved.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Stipulated Notice of Settlement and Request To Vacate Pre-Trial
Conference and Trial Dates is approved;
2. That the parties shall file dismissal papers by March 14, 2016;
