It is further ORDERED that the Moving Defendants shall provide their Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures no later than 14 days after the court’s order resolving defendants’ motions to dismiss or, if any defendant files an answer to the Amended Complaint, within 14 days after the filing of that answer.
