[NO DEFENDANTS NAMED],
Defendants.
ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES
Plaintiff has submitted to the court a document (ECF No. 1) he describes as a
complaint. Although not entirely clear, Plaintiff apparently claims his rights have been
violated and intends to seek some sort of relief in this court. Therefore, this civil action
has been commenced. As part of the court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR
8.1(a), the court has determined that the complaint is deficient as described in this
order. Plaintiff will be directed to cure the following if he wishes to pursue any claims in
this action. If Plaintiff does not intend to pursue a civil action in this court regarding his
allegations in the complaint, he should advise the court of that fact and the instant
action will be dismissed. Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this order must
include the civil action number on this order.
