ORDER DISMISSING A PARTY

The matter is before me on the Notice of Dismissal for Defendant McDonald’s
Corporation Only [#24]1 filed March 2, 2015. After careful review of the notice and the

file, I conclude that the notice should be approved and that the claims of the plaintiffs
against defendant, McDonalds Corporation, should be dismissed with prejudice.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Notice of Dismissal for Defendant McDonald’s Corporation Only
[#24] filed March 2, 2015, is APPROVED;
2. That claims of the plaintiffs defendant, McDonalds Corporation, are
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with the parties to pay their own attorney fees and
costs; and
3. That defendant, McDonalds Corporation, is DROPPED as a party to this
action, and the caption shall be amended accordingly.
