Ney Dobkins, and Defendants Tatro Construction Co., LLC and Donald Wilbur Tatro’s
Stipulated Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice, the Court being fully advised of the premises,
HEREBY dismisses this matter with prejudice, all parties to bear their own costs and
attorneys’ fees.
