That the motion hearing set February 3, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., and the scheduling conference set March 5, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., before the Honorable Michael J. Watanabe are VACATED; 3. That all pending motions, including those docketed as [#16, #22, #23, #24, and #25], are DENIED as moot. Dated: January 30, 2015. 1 This minute order is issued pursuant to the express authority of the Honorable Robert E. Blackburn, United States District Judge for the District of Colorado. 2 “[#26]” is an example of the convention I use to identify the docket number assigned to a specific paper by the court’s case management and electronic case filing system (CM/ECF).
