Defendants.
ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES
Plaintiff has submitted to the court a letter (ECF No. 1) indicating he intends to
file a civil action, although it is not clear what claims he may intend to pursue. Because
it appears that Plaintiff intends to seek some sort of judicial relief, the instant action has
been commenced. As part of the court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(a),
the court has determined that the letter is deficient as described in this order. Plaintiff
will be directed to cure the following if he wishes to pursue any claims in this action. If
Plaintiff does not intend to pursue a civil action in this court regarding his allegations in
the letter, he should advise the court of that fact and the instant action will be dismissed.
Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this order must include the civil action
number on this order.
