ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES
On March 19, 2015, Plaintiff submitted a Title VII Complaint alleging employment
discrimination. As part of the Court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(b), the
Court has determined that the document is deficient as described in this Order. Plaintiff
will be directed to cure the following if he wishes to pursue any claims in this Court in
this action. Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this Order must include the civil
action number on this Order.

ORDERED that Plaintiff cure the deficiencies designated above within thirty
days from the date of this Order. Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this
Order must include the civil action number on this Order. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall pay the $400.00 filing fee in full in
advance or, alternatively, obtain the APPLICATION TO PROCEED IN DISTRICT
COURT WITHOUT PREPAYING FEES OR COSTS form at www.cod.uscourts.gov. It
is
FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff fails to cure the designated deficiencies
within thirty days from the date of this Order the action will be dismissed without
further notice.
