Also, in light of Plaintiff’s Notice of Withdrawal [docket #31], the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Bifurcate Defendant Steven Hansen and Hansen Construction’s Counterclaims [filed October 2, 2015; docket #26] is withdrawn. 2
