ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES On May 18, 2015, Plaintiff Magnum, one of three named Plaintiffs, submitted to the Court a Complaint. As part of the Court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(a) and (b), the Court has determined that the filing is deficient as described in this Order. Plaintiffs will be directed to cure the following if they wish to pursue any claims in this Court in this action. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Magnum shall obtain the proper Court-approved form used in filing a 28 U.S.C. § 1915 Motion and a Prisoner Complaint (with the assistance of his case manager or the facility’s legal assistant), along with the applicable instructions, www.cod.uscourts.gov, to be used in curing deficiencies. All named Plaintiffs must sign the Prisoner Complaint. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs Quantum Solutions LLC and Invent Help Corporation, Inc., shall obtain an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (form for nonprisoners to proceed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 3 § 1915) at www.cod.uscourts.gov., if they desire to proceed without payment of the $400 filing fee in this case. It is FURTHER ORDERED that, if Plaintiffs fail to cure the designated deficiencies within thirty days from the date of this Order, the action will be dismissed without further notice.
