The matter before me is the recommendation of the magistrate judge contained in his Report and Recommendation on Defendant White Lodging Services Corporation’s Renewed Partial Motion To Dismiss Based on Statute of Limitations (Docket No. 49) [#63],1 filed November 18, 2015. No objection having been timely filed to the recommendation, I review it for plain error only. See MoralesFernandez v. Immigration & Naturalization Service, 418 F.3d 1116, 1122 (10th Cir. 2005). I use this convention throughout this order. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1.
