ORDER DIRECTING APPLICANT TO CURE DEFICIENCIES On August 31,2015, Applicant submitted an Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. As part of the Court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(b), the Court has determined that the documents are deficient as described in this Order. Applicant will be directed to cure the following if he wishes to pursue any claims in this Court in this action. Any papers that Applicant files in response to this Order must include the civil action number on this Order. 28 U.S.C. § 1915 Motion and Affidavit: is not submitted is missing affidavit (1) (2) 1 The Court notes that Mr. Q. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to cross-reference Applicant’s name with each of the names listed in Footnote # 1 of this Order and to note his prisoner number on the Docket of this case.
