ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES On October 20, 2015, Plaintiff, Jesse Lee Ramirez, a prisoner in the custody of the Colorado Department of Corrections, submitted pro se, a letter (ECF No. 1) alleging that the Lakewood Police Department violated his constitutional rights. Because Mr. Ramirez apparently intends to seek some sort of relief in this court, this civil action has been commenced. As part of the court’s review pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1(b), the court has determined that the letter is deficient as described in this order. Therefore, Mr. Ramirez will be ordered to cure the following deficiencies if he wishes to pursue his claims in this action. If Mr. Ramirez does not intend to pursue a civil action in this Court, he should advise the Court of that fact and the instant action will be dismissed. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall send Plaintiff two copies of the court-approved Prisoner Complaint and Prisoner’s Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 forms, along with the applicable instructions, to Plaintiff’s current address. It is FURTHER ORDERED that, if Plaintiff fails to cure the designated deficiencies within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, the action will be dismissed without further notice.
