ORDER DIRECTING MOVANT TO CURE DEFICIENCY

Filing Fee” (ECF No. 3). As part of the Court’s review of the Motion, the Court has determined
that the Motion is deficient as described in this order. Movant will be directed to cure the
following if he wishes the Court to determine whether he may proceed without prepayment of

ORDERED that Movant shall obtain the court-approved Application to Proceed in
District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form) at www.cod.uscourts.gov and cure
the deficiency designated above within twenty (20) days from the date of this order. Any papers
that Movant files in response to this order must include the civil action number on this order.
