record, the Court concludes that pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure, this action shall be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Accordingly,
it is
ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE against
