FIRST UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFFS' FIRST REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS Pursuant to D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 7(b), Defendant, Quinnipiac University, hereby respectfully requests that this Court extend its time to respond to Plaintiffs' First Request for Admissions until February 3, 2010. On December 18, 2009, Plaintiffs served Defendant with 180 requests for admission. Due to the volume of the requests and holiday vacation schedules, Defendant requires a brief two-week extension of time to respond. Plaintiffs' counsel consents to this extension.
