PLAINTIFFS' SECOND MOTION (ON CONSENT) FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLY TO DEFENDANT'S MEMORANDUM IN OPPOSITION TO MOTION FOR CLASS CERTIFICATION The Plaintiffs hereby move pursuant to D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 7 for a further extension of time of two days, to April 7, 2010, to file their Reply to Defendant's Memorandum of Law in Opposition to the Plaintiffs' Motion and Memorandum of Law in Support of Motion for Class Certification. The Plaintiffs seek this extension of time because an illness in the family of one of Plaintiffs' counsel has delayed the preparation of Plaintiffs' Reply. This is Plaintiffs' second motion for an extension of this deadline. The Plaintiffs' first motion for an extension of this deadline was granted by the Court on March 31, 2010 (Docket Entry No. 125). Defendant's counsel has authorized us to state that Defendant consents to the granting of this motion.
