CONFERENCE MEMORANDUM On June 7, 2010, I held a telephone conference off the record with Jonathan Orleans, Alex Hernandez, and Kirsten Galles representing the plaintiffs, and Edward Brill and Rebecca Berkebile representing the defendant. The purpose of the conference was to discuss issues concerning the pre-trial memorandum. Defendant indicated that the parties were struggling to reach a stipulation about the roster numbers for the 2009-2010 year. Plaintiffs stated that they could not stipulate to the roster numbers without further inquiry into the meaning of certain notations. I instructed the parties to meet and confer about the roster numbers and schedule a follow up deposition if necessary. Plaintiffs shall identify issues they have with the roster numbers and disclose the issues to the defendant. It is so ordered. Dated at Bridgeport, Connecticut, this 14th day of June 2010.
