PLAINTIFFS' MOTION (ON CONSENT) FOR EXTENSION OF TIME The Plaintiffs hereby move for an extension of time of two (2) weeks, to and including October 15, 2010, to serve and file the time and expense records of Attorney Kristen Galles, in support of Plaintiffs' pending Motion for Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs (Doc. No. 181). In support of this motion, undersigned counsel for Plaintiffs represents as follows: 1. Personal matters have prevented Attorney Galles from compiling and

preparing her time and expense records for submission. 2. The time and expense records of Pullman & Comley, LLC, co-counsel for

Plaintiffs, will be served and filed on October 1, 2010, as previously contemplated. 3. Defendant's counsel, Edward Brill, has stated that Defendant consents to

the granting of this motion.
