CONFERENCE MEMORANDUM On March 31, 2011, I held a telephone conference on the record with Jonathan Orleans, Alex Hernandez, and Kristen Galles, representing the plaintiffs, and Edward Brill, representing the defendant. The purpose of the conference was to discuss the status of the case. The parties informed me that they are pursuing private mediation in order to settle their remaining class claims. I ordered that the parties report to chambers by July 1, 2011 regarding the progress of mediation. The court will convene a subsequent status conference on or after that date. It is so ordered. Dated at Bridgeport, Connecticut, this 1st day of April 2011.
