MOTION ON CONSENT FOR POSTPONEMENT OF ORAL ARGUMENT RE: MOTION TO DISMISS The Plaintiffs hereby move for postponement of the oral argument scheduled by the Court on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the claims of Plaintiffs Erin Overdevest and Robin Lamott Sparks. The argument has been scheduled for August 11, 2009, when Plaintiffs' principal counsel will be on vacation. Counsel respectfully requests that the argument be rescheduled for one of the following dates: August 21, August 27 or August 28, 2009; or any date in September other than September 17 or 28, 2009. Defendant's counsel has authorized us to state that Defendant consents to the granting of this motion.
