UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF CONNECTICUT STEPHANIE BIEDIGER, ET AL., Plaintiffs, v. QUINNIPIAC UNIVERSITY, Defendant. CONFERENCE MEMORANDUM On Thursday, October 22, 2009, I held an in person conference on the record with Jonathan Orleans, Alex Hernandez, and Kristen Galles representing the plaintiffs, and Edward Brill, Mary Gambardella, and Susan Friedfel representing the defendants. (Attorney Galles participated by phone.) The purpose of the conference was to schedule discovery and trial dates. After considering both sides' proposed dates and the arguments supporting them, I set the following date for trial: May 3, 2010. The parties should submit a joint pretrial memorandum by April 26, 2010, one week prior to trial. I asked the parties to confer with each other to set a schedule for moving to join new parties, moving to certify a class, and matters relating to discovery. The parties stipulated that they will not file dispositive motions in this case, obviating the need for a dispositive motion deadline. In the event that the parties cannot agree to a schedule for any of these dates, they should contact the Court and I will issue a scheduling order. Dated at Bridgeport, Connecticut, this 23rd day of October, 2009. No. 3:09cv621 (SRU) /s/ Stefan R. Underhill Stefan R. Underhill United States District Judge
