MOTION ON CONSENT FOR EXTENSION OF TIME The Plaintiffs, with the consent of the Defendant, move nunc pro tunc for a twoday extension, to and including December 9, 2009, of the deadline for Plaintiffs to file their Amended Complaint. By agreement with Defendant, Plaintiffs also move for a twoday extension, to January 13, 2010, of Defendant's deadline to respond to the Amended Complaint. In support of this motion, the undersigned counsel for Plaintiffs represent that due to the demands of other matters, they required the additional time to prepare the Amended Complaint. Counsel further represent that this is the first extension of these deadlines requested by either party, and that Defendant has consented to the granting of this motion.
