ORDER. The defendant's Consent Motion for Entry of Judgment Under Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) With Reversal and Remand of the Cause to the Commissioner 21 is granted. Upon the consent of the parties, this Court hereby reverses the Commissioner's decision under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), and this matter is remanded to the Commissioner in accordance with the defendant's motion. Both parties have consented to the Magistrate Judge entering a final order i n this case and agree that there is no need for review by a district judge. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(c) and Consent Form, attached. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of the plaintiff under Fed. R. Civ.
