RULING. For the reasons set forth in this Ruling, Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment [Rec. Doc. 54] will be granted, and on those claims on which Defendants failed to move for summary judgment, the Court will enter Judgment dismissing with prejudice all of Plaintiffs claims against all Defendants at Plaintiffs cost.
