Defendant's Motion 22 to Affirm the Dec ision of the Commissioner is DENIED. This matter is hereby REMANDED for "further consideration of plaintiff's credibility and residual functional capacity in light of the medical evidence of record[.]" (Rec. Ruling at 25.)
