ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum of Decision, the Court concludes that Defendant Chen is liable to Mr. Pau for violations of the FLSA and CMWA in the amount of $81,648.15 but that Defendants New China King and Fang Rong Zheng are not liable to Plaintiff.
