OF DAVID DESSER PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV. P. 30
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30, that Defendant
and Counterclaimant Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) will take the deposition upon oral
examination of David Desser, on January 14, 2010, at 11:30 a.m. at the Conrad Chicago, 521
North Rush Street, Chicago, IL and continuing from day to day thereafter until completed. The
deposition will be recorded by a certified stenographic reporter. Plaintiff may also record the
deposition by videotape and through the instant visual display of the testimony (i.e., LiveNote).
