PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV. P. 30
NOTICE
IS
HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30 that
Defendant and Counterclaimant Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) will the take deposition upon oral
examination of Deborah Weckerly on February 26, 2010, at 9:00 am at the Hilton Columbus at
Easton Hotel, 3900 Chagrin Drive, Columbus, OH 43219, and continuing from day to day
thereafter until completed. The deposition will be recorded by a certified stenographic reporter.
Facebook may also record the deposition by videotape and through the instant visual display of
the testimony (i.e., LiveNote).
