PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV. P. 30
NOTICE
IS
HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30 that
Defendant and Counterclaimant Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) will the take deposition upon oral
examination of Keith Voigts on February 25, 2010, at 1:00 pm at Coast-Wide Reporters, 764
Water Street, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530, and continuing from day to day thereafter until
completed. The deposition will be recorded by a certified stenographic reporter. Facebook may
also record the deposition by videotape and through the instant visual display of the testimony
(i.e., LiveNote).
