FACEBOOK’S AMENDED NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF DESIGN CENTRAL INC.
PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV. P. 30(b)(6)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30 that
Defendant and Counterclaimant Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) will take deposition upon oral
examination of Design Central Inc., on March 9, 2010, at 1:00 p.m., at the Renaissance
Columbus Downtown Hotel, 50 North 3rd Street, Columbus, OH 432151, and continuing from
day to day thereafter until completed. The deposition will be recorded by a certified
stenographic reporter. Plaintiff may also record the deposition by videotape and through the
instant visual display of the testimony (i.e., LiveNote).
