Re:
Personalized User Model LLP v. Google Inc., C.A. No. 09-525-LPS
Dear Judge Stark:
In its March 10, 2011 Opposition Brief to Google’s Motion for Leave to file an early
summary judgment motion on ownership of the patents-in-suit, PUM argued it still needed
discovery regarding the issues underlying Google's brief, pointing to noticed Rule 30(b)(6)
depositions of both Google and SRI International. (D.I. 215 at 2). Google respectfully files this
letter to inform the Court that these depositions have now been taken.
Respectfully,
/s/ Richard L. Horwitz
