No. 09-525-LPS Dear Judge Stark: In its March 10, 2011 Opposition Brief to Google’s Motion for Leave to file an early summary judgment motion on ownership of the patents-in-suit, PUM argued it still needed discovery regarding the issues underlying Google's brief, pointing to noticed Rule 30(b)(6) depositions of both Google and SRI International.
